I had a pretty late check in and the night auditor Quintin was extremely helpful and kind. He provided a thorough walk thru of the property and important information I needed to know about my stay. My room was very comfy and perfectly located near a lot of restaurants and venues. The time I spent at the property was always lively and each staff member would greet me with a smile. The staff was super friendly and recommended a lot to do around the French Quarter. Very good location, a few minute walk to Orpheum Theater, few minutes from Bourbon St. and a lottttt of places to eat at or get drunk at around. I definitely enjoyed my stay and if I come back to New Orleans I will be staying at this hotel again.
