Loved staying here. Adored the old character of the building and furniture. Was really nice sitting in the relaxing lobby by the fire while having a couple of drinks before dinner. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Unique and cool colonial hotel
Prince's Gate is a nice hotel that leans into its colonial history. It is warm and welcoming and the rooms have a style unlike other places in Rotorua.
The location is also fantastic.
Parking is only available on the street, not on the property.

Great staff at this older but very charming hotel. We loved having a glass of wine in the evening by the fireplace. Great location for sights and shopping. Very walkable. We loved the proximity to Polynesian spa.
