Holiday stay
We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff was amazing and provided assistance in many ways. The beds were not the most comfortable but loved the theme rooms. There was renovations in progress which is great but added steps getting from one location of the building to the next. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic 4 night stay at Legoland Hotel. We stayed in a Pirate Room. It was showing signs of wear but very clean. The overall hotel was great, lots to look at and great play areas. Easy to get to the park as well. Staff were all lovely, polite and super helpful. Very nice food at both breakfast and dinner. Food and drink is generally very expensive though so definitely need to budget extra for that.

We had booked the friends room, which is in need of renovating. The front desk staff said that that section of rooms would be closed in the new year and will be renovated. I’m sure it will look amazing when it’s done. Apparently, some of the other rooms have already been renovated and are much nicer. We felt it was overpriced for what it was. The upside was how nice it was to literally walk out of the hotel into Legoland. Staff at the front desk were really great. Always available to answer questions and very positive attitudes.
