Pros - The owners were accessable when needed. The room was very clean. The location was convenient to the freeway and food options.
Cons - The hotel has a pool area that leads to a deck that overlooks Clear Lake. It wasn't open until 11 AM. My impression is that it would have been a very nice place to see the sun rise and/or sit and watch the lake earlier in the morning.

Check in clerk Bob friendly and provided excellent advice to make stay even better. Parking lot and outside area needs refurbishing. Otherwise great and convenient location with restaurant across street and downtown a short stroll away. I will come again 😀
