Hotel is very clean desk staff friendly and knowledgeable of Philly and the area in general,parking is ample and secure, breakfast is good,my only complaint about breakfast was they had turkey sausage,but the eggs waffles,juices and cereal selection are very good ,this hotel is our thanksgiving go to have stayed there four years now and not just for thanksgiving,but whenever we come to Philadelphia to visit family

Great staff and great location
We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The facility is a great location and has great staff. Can't wait to see how it is after the coming upgrade. The breakfast area is well stocked, very clean and constantly restocked during breakfast. The only problem is the eating area was freezing, as were the hallways in the hotel

Wonderful hotel in Bensalem, Pa.
We have been staying here for a few years now. The Inn at Fox Chase is a lovely property, and the location is great as it is near many points of interest, restaurants, shopping and the Interstate. Always clean and well appointed. Staff is amazing and the complimentary breakfast buffet (hot and cold) is wonderful. Coffee, latte and hot chocolate is available 24/7 at no charge. We recommend this property.

Not pleased with the room.
I thought that I read that the hotel was renovated, but the room looked old. The wallpaper was pealing in multiple places, the material on the desk chair was extremely worn. The chair definitely should have been replaced. The material on the chair was extremely worn and spotty in multiple areas. A corner of the inner curtain was detached from the track so we couldn’t keep the sun from coming in the room or block someone from the outside seeing in the room at night (if the light or tv was on). The button for the 3rd floor worked when it felt like it. The front desk person had to press the button multiple times for it to activate. Location was great and staff were pleasant and helpful.
