Could have been better
My first impression was positive when I checked in because the lobby was clean and the front desk attendant was nice. When i walked into my room it was clean and tidy but it smelled like musty tennis shoes. My biggest complaint was the shower had no hot water. It wasnt freezing cold but only slightly warm. I said something to the front desk and they sent someone to check and he noticed it too so he raised the thermoatat on the water heater but it did not make much of a difference. Also two of the 3 cardio machines in the fitness room did not work. Other than that it everything was fine.

well first off all i stay three day and the first day the room was no 100% good the door knob was not there. It was broken then one of the TVs was not even working then the remote did not have the cover so I called and told them that those things were missing. They offer me another room, but I had just gone there i had taking a shower Did not want to change rooms so they said they were gonna put in the complaint and they’ll let me know on Monday. Monday came. This manager was rude. She said she cannot give me discount give me My money back because I had purchased my room through hotels.com. I just think out of their heart they will done better to make the customer happy but no this manager looks like the hotel was hers customers always come first after u been there for three days

Poor service at La Quinta
Did not stay at hotel. I had early morning waking up at 3am and flew out LA to Houston at 6am and Houston to McAllen at 10am. Arrived in McAllen at 1pm tired but had an event at 3pm and was not allowed to check in until 4. I asked the from desk to give me a room to shower and leave for event but they said i would have to pay extra for early check in. I accepted to pay extra and then they told me i was added to a waiting list. I booked at the DoubleTree with no issues on Hotel.com and had a great stay

When i arrive the room is not ready they aren’t Not enough towels in the bathroom the room is not so good the pool was dirty in the morning the gay frontdesk is was sleeping!! Poor hotel!!
