Value for money hotel on edge of Saumur on industrial estate. Car necessary to drive 10 mins to centre. Room clean. Basic but comfortable. Friendly staff. Only disadvantage was the ash tray outside our door being used by a smoker whose smoke came into our room through open window.

Inadmissible; Etant coutumier de cet établissement je me permets de donner mon avis sur d'autres séjours. Par contre ayant prévenu l'hôtel Première Classe de Saumur que je ne viendrai pas suite à la canicule j'ai découvert que l'hôtels cité cité-ci dessus n'avait pas effectué ma réservation mais une autre société de réservation avait fait la réservation. J'avais bien mentionné la possibilité de de désister en cas de problème de voiture et j'ai payé cette garantie. Or j'apprends que cette garantie a été évincée par le propre chef de cette société de réservation. Aucun remboursement n'est possible aux dires de cette société ? Le tribunal tranchera car ce n'est pas la première fois...
