Loved our stay.

The first impression we had once we did arrive at the hotel was very good. It was walking into a secret gem in the middle of Morelia. The staff was very kind and helpful to get us to the room. If you want to relax, this is a place to be! What can be improved though is the available amenities. We did pay for a luxury room but there are on a few basics in it. No coffee maker or a microwave available, even to get hot water for a hot bottle was a difficult challenge. There is no business center or a gym available, Overall, looking at the hotel, it is a very nice place.

Literally the best hotel. I’ve stayed at the Ritz in Mexico City and USA, by far this is the most beautiful hotel that transports you back in time (inside an oasis of artisan workmanship and beauty).
