Amazing Stay!
Check in was easy! The location is perfect and near everything but check the events cause I was awaken at 7am Sunday morning by the sound of Ushers YEAH! And a man screaming on a mic for a marathon right outside 😭😭😂😂😂 (not the hotels fault obviously) lol. Room was clean, shower was spacious and had good shelving space inside the shower cause I travel with all my own stuff down to my exfoliating gloves lol. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Bed very comfortable. Had the perfect city view. All the staff I encountered which was about 7 throughout my stay were very professional and personable. I highly recommend. Not one single complaint! I come to ATL often and this will always be my choice (unless there’s gonna be another marathon Lolol)

Awesome Stay
It was an amamzinf trip with an amazing stay in the hotel. Very close to prominent tourist spots, easy to navigate area, plenty of food choices and most of all, very friendly people and very helpful hotel staff. Hospitality was 5 star.

A few maintenance items needed-as we're having wedding guests use this hotel in May; recommend doing maintenance on lifestyle bike and one of the treadmills; recommend patching wave graphics in the elevators; recommend (and they may have already)- bathroom by lobby, sink in ladies room did not work. Staff was unhelpful and stingy. Text customer service system doesn’t work well. This property uses every possible opportunity to upcharge you for things you’d assume are free. Walls are thin and the front desk worker laughed when I asked if they had earplugs up front.

My room faced a LED light marquis right outside the window. There were no blackout curtains in this room. I notified the hotel after my stay. I didn’t receive a response so I’m not sure if that was remediated. Otherwise the room was great and in a great location.

The hostel is in a very good location in down town ATL. Next to the aquarium and world of Coca- Cola. There are two restaurants on site and many other options outside. The Arena and other visiting sights are within walking distance. Good comfortable beds and room service every second day. I will stay here again

Renovations above 10th floor 7am-5:30pm
Pros: location of hotel, walkable to restuarants, the aquarium and Coca Cola. We were there for Ga tech vs Miami game and it was a straight walk to the stadium. Staff is professional, lobby is clean and welcoming, check in was a breeze. Liked the room facing the pool area. Dos Bocas has the best chips and salsa. Good food as well, it’s attached to the hotel. Breakfast is awesome! Options are great, even if you don’t see anything out you can ask and they may have it in the back. Cons: instantly it was the renovation noise for me. We were on the 10th floor and the noise was right above us. We were not informed of any renovations and funny thing is I received a text message after check out not after checking in. We checked in about 5pm and I called the lobby staff, she said they would be done about 5:30 and that they do work on weekends and get started right at 7 am. I didn’t need to sleep in thankfully but just be mindful. Bathroom did have mold on walls and ceiling near entrance into bathroom, I could see it through the wallpaper which was uncomfortable looking at. Water pressure for shower was low on 10th floor but water was hot so it helped. Self parking was $41 per night yet convenient.
