Hôtel très bien situé. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied la plupart du temps pour visiter le port, la partie historique de Porto et d’autres secteurs . Proximité du métro. The 2nd day I asked if they how to use the room service, bc my 74 yr mother had injured herself. I was told that it was not an option, but I was permitted to carry 5 plates of food to my room. After 10min of eating the waiter knocked on the neighbors door with food and asked then on my door for the plates back. The next day I was provided room service with no issues, different front and back staff.
