A diamond in the rough:
This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7. They also had vending machines. For the price of these rooms, the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The hotel had been upgrading the bathrooms, which were more modern. When we needed a cab, we used the hotel to call us one, they came within a few minutes. We stayed here for four days, it was a great visit.
