We arrived to broken elevators. There were people running and pounding all night. At 3:00 AM the fire alarm was blaring. We walked down 6 flights of stairs to find out there was a water break and leaking into the lobby which caused the alarm. Awoke to no coffee to be found and nobody was willing to make any. I will NEVER stay at this Hilton again. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Hilton Polaris
The hotel refused to correct an error on our reservation and charged us for a third night even though we were checking out the day before. We also were charged another $25 fee for checking in one hour early to a room that was empty and ready. The front desk said all of this is automatic and there is nothing they could do. Service groups can always do something. I would not stay at this property again due to my experience with the front desk staff.

Why did I even pay to park?
I booked this trip as a getaway for my Mom’s 60th birthday. At check-in Friday, the front desk agent was polite, the room was clean, and the bartender on Friday evening was AMAZING, very attentive. Overall, the stay was good UNTIL we woke up Sunday to checkout at 1pm and went to the parking lot to find my car driver side window had been busted out. When I went back into the hotel to inform the agent she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or sound concerned at all. She simply stated that “this happens a lot all around”. She didn’t even offer to take the parking off, I had to ask, and I believe it is still on my bill. I understand you don’t want to tell guests that this is likely to happen or happens a lot at your hotel, however, at check-in they could say please don’t leave any valuables or park in a certain area. This had to happen at 3 or 4am based on what time I parked the car. I’ve worked in the hotel industry in management, sales, and FD, and am aware that she could have done something to make it right or even just sound a little more concerned or apologetic. If this is something that happens at your hotel often, as nice of a hotel that it is, you should add more security or make sure they are actually in the parking lot at all hours. To top it off she told us we could go use the vacuum and tape nearby to patch up the window, which showed me others experienced this the same morning. Not a great gift on my moms birthday to drive 2 hrs back with plastic blowing loud!

Fun Fill Celebration
My God daughter invited a couple of her friends to celebrate her 15th birthday and we chose to stay here! We had a connecting luxurious rooms that provided plenty of space. They had a plethora of things to do for family members of all ages. Our favorite thing was that all the employees treated us like family.

Smash and Grab Overnight Parking despite $10 fee.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU OWN A NICE VEHICLE AND PARK OVERNIGHT!!! The Hotel will charge $10 fee for parking, however, they do not warn Customers that Pick-up trucks are ROUTINELY window smashed by young thugs looking for guns. They will only take guns or cash. They specifically target Pick up Trucks. Staff will not disclose this upon check in. Clean and comfortable, your vehicle is not safe in the lot overnight. They will do this right in front of the Security Guards since they are not allowed to have guns. They make a ton off of parking, however, will not hire an off duty Police Officer like they should for the amount they make off of the abundance of cars in the lot. Security risk. Don't stay there if you have a nice vehicle.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I like that once you check in you receive a text asking if everything in your room is good and you can ask questions or state concerns and an actual person text you back in a timely fashion. The only thing I didn’t like compared to other hotels is that you cannot sign into your app accounts from their TVs (e.g. Netflix, YouTube TV etc.). Overall it was an excellent experience. It was clean. The hotel lobby and restaurant/bar areas were inviting with a pleasant atmosphere.
