Comfortable central hotel
Comfortable hotel right in the centre of Brussels. Easy walk to Grand Place and Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Great for a weekend break. We had a suite for 3. Sofabed for 3rd traveller which was low down but ok.

The hotel is amazing! You can walk to everything from there! 2:30am - fountain across the hotel - my fiends and I found ourselves drinking beer and eating chips enjoying the night and people were so friendly! We opted for a top floor suite and the views were AMAZING!! If you are not sure about the staying here...just do it! You will love how safe the area is and all that is around you!

This hotel is on a little square that is a 3 minute walk to the Grand Place, the arcade, and all the highlights of Brussels. The room we had was surprisingly spacious. We had an unexpected 10-star view of the city hall spire (that looks like a cathedral spire). Front desk was very nice and the breakfast was typical and nice. It was a pleasant stay!

Great location. Hotel staff absolutely brilliant, I interacted with a number of them, and they were all great. Corridors to the rooms are a little dated, but room itself was great. Room 610 had an absolutely incredible view, we were able to open the window in the evening and listen to the buzz of the square below! Great hotel all round. We had a 5 year old child with us, absolutely great for him too.

Ottima posizione, pessimo il resto
La cosa migliore di quest’hotel, anzi l’unica, è la posizione, la cosa peggiore: è gestito molto male. Cominciamo dalle prenotazioni, sono 4 camere prenotate i primi di dicembre e chiediamo che siano poste sullo stesso piano. Il 24 dicembre ce ne danno 2 in un piano e 2 in un altro. Nei giorni dal 24 al 26 c’è poco personale, alla reception una sola persona e nessuno che possa venire nella nostra camera a regolare la temperatura, troppo fredda. Andiamo alla struttura: La camera ha 2 letti singoli accostati, l’indomani chiediamo alla cameriera se lo può fare diventare doppio; ci risponde che non è possibile perché non ha le lenzuola adatte! (incredibile, in un hotel 4 stelle!). Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole ma sufficienti, un tavolo occupato per metà da caffettiera, boiler e bicchieri e, di nuovo incredibile, nessun posto per posare le valigie che quindi devono essere messe sul pavimento o se sono piccole nelle 2 poltroncine. Allora dove si ci siede? Abbiamo chiesto almeno un carrellino pieghevole, e rispondono che non ne hanno in tutto l’hotel (sempre più incredibile!). In bagno non esiste riscaldamento. Per tutti i 4 giorni funzionava 1 solo ascensore, l’altro era fuori servizio. Infine nella hall-reception non c’è alcuna lounge, solamente un divano curvo. Questo sarebbe un 4 stelle?
