Nice but needs adjustment
Very nice hotel and would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that the thermostat made a noise each time it cycled on/off and so it woke me several times during the night. There was a false fire alarm that went off multiple times over the span of about 2 hours on the morning we departed with not much communication from the staff.

Not too happy but ended up ok
I was quite excited to stay at this hotel upon arrival we had to be moved to a new room due to a roach being in the room. The new room was clean but we waited an hour and didn’t get the blankets and pillows we asked for. The breakfast is continental but nothing to write home about. Our tv didn’t work in the first room either. However the hotel manager Josh was a gem and made sure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Because he was so prompt in listening to my complaints I would be will to give this hotel another shot when I return in May.

Staff was amazing especially the three women working in the reception ( didn’t get their names) Room was good. Breakfast not good. Doesn’t take much to offer bacon and eggs and maybe some oatmeal. Overall would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Do not stay here
When I arrived, the hotel entrance was under construction w/ scrap pieces of metal etc all over. Check-in was ok, but my first room was a disaster. Right when I opened the door, a horrid odor hit me (a combination of previous smoking and some form of mold). The carpet was dirty, as well as the couch. I asked for another room, and was able to get one the second night. They did have a breakfast they offered for free, but it wasn’t much. The coffee was decent. I will say that everyone was friendly.

My trip to Memphis
Me and my husband were traveling to New Orleans. We stopped in Memphis for the night and decided to spend the following day there before heading on. We were about 15 minutes from everywhere. We went exploring and later that night took a uber ($23) to Beale Street. I stepped into a pothole lol and sprained my ankle. So we continued our stay there from the 26th to the 30th. Now more about the hotel. The hotel was Nice, really nice. We got in late and booked around 11. We were sent an electronic key. When we walked in someone was there and showed us how to use the key. Our room was okay, I would give it a B. The staff was really nice, and even offered me a wheelchair. They serve a continental breakfast which seemed popular, we went out. (Sunrise) or something breakfast place. A little line but worth the minor wait. My husband (An executive chef so you know) 😒 is picky but loved the pasta they had and I liked the baked potato. We had to switch rooms when we extended our stay due to maintenance and the new room A+. The walls are a little thin as I heard my neighbor on the phone. There was a jacuzzi, pool, and gym. No bar yet but it appears they may be working on it. It was a nice vibe and I’d recommend it
