I'm not sure why this hotel has excellent status/reviews. We chose it for location, close to our family get together place. The very little AC/ heater was turned off. The room did not get warm for 8 hours. We slept with our clothes on. The worst in a while. No staff, except available through text. Internet not working. Average status at the best. Outdated. Pro: it was clean. The cabins are cute. I let the staff know through text about the issues. They apologized. That's it. Suggestion: when you have guests coming, have a physical staff member check the room in advance to make sure things are operational. Also when you know it's 40 degrees weather and the little ass heater cannot warm up the room for hours, have someone turn the heat on and keep the room at a reasonable temperature for guest checking in. Also not a fan of self check in- check out. Very dissatisfied and will not stay here again. Poor management

Me and my family loved this property! We love how private it was and how close it was to the rivers and several other outdoor family activities. It was quiet, spacious, and had many great amenities like the pool and event space. The cabins were cozy, and we were able to park our cars right in front of where we were staying. The only negative thing was that we could not figure out how to unfold the sofa beds at first, but we quickly figured it out, it was quite easy. Additionally, walking around at night was scary since there are not many lights outside. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this property and stay again!

Has pilots not lit.
We had to shower in cold water on our first day. The next morning we spoke to an employee that said the water heater is gas and the pilot was out. The stove had the same situation, my husband had to pull the stove and light up the pilots of the stove top and oven. I would have liked for the staff to have done that prior to our arrival.

I did like how secluded the area was. I didn't realize there was a pool until we had checked out but it looked a little green.. the futon needs were falling apart. There were lights under the canopy but they weren't plugged in or hung up.
