Please improve on lobby access to the main road
Bicycles were blocking the entrance of the lobby. No cars were able to drive in. I had to carry my luggages and walk a distance before getting to the lobby. It’s inconvenient for the guests and it should be rectify.

Very ordinary hotel, breakfast offered very limited Western options. Proximity to railway stations and tech markets are the main features I’d recommend as a positive. Limited English spoken by staff. Good WiFi but of course it’s behind the Great Firewall so no Google or Facebook etc. Cheap and perfunctory hotel.

Pretty dated and old. Not the best value for money. Breakfast is terrible. But as clean as they can get it, and everything is sufficient for the average business traveler.

non-smoking rooms are nonexistent
reception was honest and upfront when I asked about a non-smoking room- no such rooms in the hotel. quite possible none in any hotel at this price point and age in the entire city of Shenzhen. was quickly assigned a room on checkin but the room wasn't cleaned yet, was quickly assigned another. would have been nice to been told that there was a laundry available. location is convenient as far as the subway is concerned and malls plus the closest (Futian) entry point to Hong Kong is likely the quickest and smoothest (almost felt like I was not travelling in China where people normally push and shove and try to cut infront of you). located in area for what seems to be a major hub for buyers and sellers of electronics
