Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed was really comfortable tho pillows were a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference and I didn't ask for a change. We managed to park outside hotel on the street, so no issues there. Only a five minute walk into town centre. Great location, geat hotel. Thank you 😊

Hotel was spotless. Staff really helpful and friendly.
Only improvement would be blackout curtains and maybe aircon’ but these are only minor improvements. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Worth upgrading to a spacious superior room. Had touched of luxury. Quiet enough overnight to leave a window open. Easy walk into town centre. Missed having breakfast on site, but knew that before booking so we had made plans.

The room was very comfortable and stylish. The location good. However we didnt see anyone apart from a cleaner who let us in on the first day. The desk was never managed. We would have liked a drink at the bar but noone could be found. It all felt quite impersonal and not homely.

Very friendly welcome at reception. Room is a reasonable size, comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean. We hadn't realized that there are no eating facilities and breakfast had to be found elsewhere; there is an agreement with a nearby hotel to provide breakfast for an extra charge. Parking permits are provided, but space can be limited in the evening. Easy walk to the city centre.

Room cleaning is a bit mystifying....
Nice quiet spot on the edge of town but convenient for everything!! Can't work out the logic around the daily cleaning of the room....the cleaners didn't come three times and the daily chess game around the bed cushions was a bit annoying!! Why put them on the bed for the first day then remove them to a plastic bag on top of the wardrobe for the rest of the time?? Also, there needs to be non-slip mat in the bottom of the bath - its lethal when its wet...
