Secondly we picked the accomodation with pool to do our exercises… pool was empty… in summer! Thrilled with the unexpected ocean views and although our unit was quite dated and a little worn, we lacked for nothing and the unit itself was thankfully quiet. We had 2 nights in one apartment, but it didn't have Foxtel (as indicated on booking). The apartment was a little tired with very old furniture. But relatively clean. Then we were upgraded (staff were fantastic, very attentive and communicative. Hats off to the reception staff). This was a much cleaner and newer apartment. Very difficult to sleep though, without air con in the bedrooms. Had to move kids' mattresses to living area, because the bedroom was unbearably hot.Great location though and would like to stay again, but would need to know which unit and if it has air con in the rooms.
