Would actually like to come and be recieved as guest. Was told 9 reside yoo clode yo hotel to stay 9ne might alone. Go eat dinner at lulu's and shop at local estanlidhmentd ip downtown recently made nice up off California Street and Bell Shopping Plaza. Was denied my room upon check in. Helpful staff
The desk staff was really helpful. I went to my room and found it not cleaned or prepared for checkin. The man at the desk immediately changed me to another room and was very apologetic.

Need maintenance
Given a used room by mistake that smelled of smoke, was given the room next door which was clean but also smelled of smoke. Showere knob missing, broken toilet roll holder. Reported to receptionist. No follow up then upon check out was told they won’t release funds till room is checked? None of my first two rooms were checked? No follow up on my complaint. Overall great value, rooms were overhauled and improved but maintenance and standards are poorly maintained, shame because staff were very friendly.
