Worth it!
Only here for an overnight, I wish we had longer. Orleans is such a beautiful city. This charming hotel is situated a great location, close to all the hustle and bustle and sights of the historical part of the city. Do note, the hotel has no parking so Yiu need to sort that out.

Booked a family room with sofa bed. Arrived to find sofa bed not open or made up and no towels for the children. The weather was about 34 degrees outside and the A/C was not working in the room. Staff clearly knew this was the case as there was a very poor old fan in the room. The doors to the toilet and bathroom did not shut properly. Then when we returned in the evening the hotel lobby smelled like a dirty mop bucket. Staff were friendly enough but aside from that this was the worst budget hotel I’ve stayed in in a long while.

Petit déjeuner complètement désorganisé le 1er matin plus rien à boire ou manger à 09h30. Le lendemain le ménage a été fait et la femme de ménage a laissé la chambre ouverte avec la cale jusqu’à ce que l’on rentre le soir. Dans la salle de bain la VMC ne fonctionnait pas donc obligé de laisser làporte de la salle de bain ouverte pour évacuer la buée et l’humidité après la douche. la réceptionniste nous fait un geste commercial en nous offrant le petit déjeuner le 2eme jour. La commentaires n’est pas passée à la réceptionniste du lendemain qui nous réclame le paiement. Bref que de déception pour un 4*.

Petit déjeuner fourni mais pas vraiment bon , aucun serveur durant le petit déjeuner. J'ai demandé expressément la climatisation (qui ne fonctionnait pas) on m'a promis qu'il pouvait la régler a distance (ce qu'il n'ont pas fait). On a ouvert la fenêtre, du coup plusieurs piqûres de moustiques (sans rire !) . La salle de bain était microscopique ( wc entre paroi de douche et mur sans aucune marge. Ensemble de l'hôtel vieillot, le seul point positif un grand lit confortable dans une grande pièce (en comparaison avec la salle de bain). Ce n'est plus ce que c'était best western...

Es hat uns gut gefallen, war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Obwohl das Tram direkt vor dem Zimmer vorbeifuhr, haben wir dieses kaum gehört.

Ville très agréable. Notre passage a été agrémenté par le tournoi de Basket à 3. Les équipes De France et d'Italie étaient dans l'hôtel. Super!

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Stockflecken in der Dusche. Um 22:00 h standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Keine Information vorab, dass man nach 22 Uhr klingeln muss. Die Klingel haben wir zufällig entdeckt. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr warm.
