One of the better hotels in Newcastle in my opinion. Excellent service from Fiona on reception & from the restaurant manager, sorry didn’t get his name lovely spacious room & bathroom. Really comfy bed. Good Aircon Breakfast is great There’s also a pool & spa if you want to use them

Room very clean and bed very comfy,room was quite so had good nights sleep.

This beautiful hotel is a short walk from the train station and has an amazing full English breakfast. Rooms were so big that it was a shame the didn't allow a crib or cot for our 2 year old and we had to book 2 rooms. The furniture didnt look fully wiped down in yhe room.

Good stay in a quiet place not far from the center.
Nice facility and good restaurant, whether that's for the dinner or the breakfast, the staff was excellent.
Room where really spacious.
We enjoyed the spa, hot tub and hammam.

Overall satisfactory but not fabulous
Pleasant stay but a few things could do with improvement. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming the room was a good size and clean. But our drinking water wasn't replenished for our second night. The major downside was breakfast. The breakfast room was too small for peak demand resulting in queues. Food quality was a bit mixed.
