Not worth it
This is more of a shelter than a hotel😢 you have No room service at all 😢 we had to take our garbage out downstairs and out back everyday we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and linen everyday we had to wait til the residents living there finish with the iron before we can use it 😢 the toilet doesn't flush on the first try 🤔 🤔 you have one hotel clerk who has to tend to the residents as well as the guess checking in so when we called about the toilet not flushing he said he can be there within an hour 🤔🤔🤔 even the house keeper was complaing about how they run this place. Several of the residents was outside all nite drinking and smoking making mad noise. People who check in after us checked out the next morning saying they Can Not deal with the noise.

Dirty and smelly
The whole place was smelling, the rooms were not cleaned. I stayed there for 3 weeks and my room was not cleaned. I for house keeping and thry said my floor, which wascthe 4th floor, was cleaned every Thursday. This was after my first week stay, sunday to next weekend Saturday. Then came the Thursday, and was told they are really short staffed and they need to do the check out rooms first and will get to me later. They never did. This is my 2nd week there. Saturday, I asked again for my room to be cleaned, and was told the 4th floor is cleaned on Thursdays. The lady was very apologetic and promised someone will definitely come clean the room. Thursday came rolling in and I saw one toilet paper roll, one gabage bag, and 1 hand towel and one face towel by my door. I was supposed to be there for 4 weeks, but checked out that Friday.

The room was absolutely dirty. Couldn’t even walk on the floor. Broken furniture. Dog hair on the floor, TV barely worked. Unsafe to go in parking lot. A horrible experience. It appears to be a place where drug activity. We are from Florida and we were going to stay there for a month or so but it was just very uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I made the mistake of prepaying for a 3 night stay on Expedia. We arrived at the hotel and our room was filthy, not just hadn't been cleaned recently, but hadn't been clean EVER! The room was noisy with people loudly loitering outside the room making us feel very unsafe. We went to the front desk to complain and they couldn't care any less. They told us we could get a full refund through Expedia since we had only been there for 5 min. We immediately checked out and booked another local hotel on Expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. According to Expedia, the hotel would not refund the room charges although the hotel had already agreed to it. I escalated to another representative and am still trying to get my money back. Expedia should support their customers safety and the cleanliness of the hotels they are advertising.
