This hotel is so beautiful and the staff here are so lovely too. Cocktails and food included in the all inclusive were really good as well. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Decent Hotel
Premises were not big compared to number of guests. Was especially apparent during eating times. Compared with other all inclusive places I have tried, the food selection was limited in terms of choice. Quality was fine though, but nothing special. The staff - especially in the reception - was very attentive, friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, in good condition and with a large balcony. Location only 2 min walk to a very nice and children friendly beach. This was really great.

Place was clean an nice. Pools water was freezing, little heating would not hurt, especially in kids pools. Air conditioner is apparently seasonal witch is ridiculous so nights in the room were really boiling hot and air in the room was stuffy because it didn't move at all. And no one wants to keep doors open because of mosquitos.

Loved the VIP rooms well worth the extra and the branded drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food options for breakfast and lunch were varied and of good quality. However not always a great variety for dinner and meat options not of a good quality. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Nice hotel , didn’t live up to expectations though
We booked the swim up junior suite which was comfortable and clean , but a little cramped. Meals were acceptable but didn’t excell, and the bar closed around 9.30 pm, and the drinks are very poor. One choice of beer and pre-mixed watered down cocktails. The online pictures online are deceiving. The pool areas aren’t very big , and the gym isn’t in the room pictured , it’s in a portacabin.

Nice Hotel and would stay again!
We had a group of 9 people. The hotel provided a good standard buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The quality of drinks wasn't that great seemed to be cheap and sugary. The rooms were great. Decent size and clean. Would stay here again.

Wonderful suites
Just had a lovely stay at Playa de Muro suites,very glad we booked a suite as it made it a great relaxing week.Could not fault the food considering it was an all inclusive package and the staff were very helpful and friendly.If we could fault anything it would be the suite cleaning staff could have paid a little more attention to detail.Overall I would recommend this hotel and return.

Great hotel, excellent service
Great mid sized hotel. We had an all-inclusive stay and the food and drinks were nice and varied. It is however a relatively small hotel with limited number of guests which means that there is little variation. Although all staff was great (cleaning, food/drink, reception and all the others that we didn’t meet) Rosa, Christian and Iona (reception staff) were all superb and very helpful in all the strange questions and concerns we had.

Sopii lapsiperheille
Hotelli oli hyvin siisti. Huoneet laitettiin päivittäin hienoon kuntoon. Äänieristys huoneissa oli aika heikko. Yöllä ravintolasta palaavien mökä herätti lähes joka yö ja toisista huoneista kuuluu muitakin ääniä. Kuntosali oli vaatimaton ja niistäkin harvoista laitteista, joita salissa oli, vielä harvempi toimi. Allas oli siisti, mutta vesi lämmittämätöntä. Ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää. Hinta huomioiden on selvää, ettei päivällisaikaan paistettava liha ollut sisäfilettä. All inclusiveen kuuluvat viinit olivat aika vaatimattomia.
