Rotenburo problem
Unbelievable.
I booked this hotel to enjoy rotenburo (outside bath) but no such service because of boiler problem.
We insisted them to notice the problem on hotels.com but no satisfactory answer obtained. Very regret…
Except that, we could enjoy very much.

A very lovely place with a staff who care about it very much. Well worth it and I would purchase the dining in advance on a future trip as it was fantastic.
A fantastic experience from the moment we were picked up by the shuttle at Izu-Nagaoka. The property is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the food is unforgettable. Very relaxing.

Very tranquil
If you are looking to relax, it is amazing. We had a private onsen and enjoyed perpetual 40 degree Celsius onsen water. Very nice and relaxing.

Wow what an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful time at the ishinoya izu nagoaka ryokan. We booked a traditional room with a private which was ideal because I have tattoos and the public baths were under renovations. We still had an amazing time. The food was excellent and we just relaxed and checked out the surrounding areas. We were here for two nights from constantly moving around across Japan so it was great to relax. We had a shuttle bus pick us up from the train station, however we missed our shuttle on our way to the train station due to waiting for other guests to check in before we could check out but the hotel provided us a taxi to the train station which was we thought was so thoughtful. The service was exceptional, and would highly recommend staying here for a few nights.

This is a lovely property with the best staff! Just be aware that there aren’t a lot of dinning options. 1-2 nights best. 5 minute walk to the Izu Panorama area where you can take the ropeway to the top of the mountain to have lunch and see a view of Mt. Fuji.

A Tranquil Oasis: Impeccable Cleanliness, Friendly
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and tidiness were remarkable, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The beautifully decorated garden added a touch of serenity. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. The highlight was the delicious food; it was evident the chef paid meticulous attention to crafting a menu that pleased the palate. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We loved our room. The staff was very nice and professional, they gave 5 star service.
We had the wooden bath. I drained out the water and refilled with fresh hot spring water as the original water was dirty.
