Overall it was a decent hotel. My bed sheets did have to be changed due to finding hair in the sheets and some black stains. The next day housekeeping was supposed to come but didn’t.

This was a stay for a one night business trip to San Diego. Everything was fine, really, but the parking was very full when I arrived and the signs weren’t very clear as to what parking was available. The breakfast buffet wasn’t included with the stay and given the rather generic nature of the items available, it should have been. There are more fruits in the world than apples, oranges, and bananas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there was nothing that stood out as remarkable while I was there.

Won’t stay here again!
We had to ask for another room right away…the counter where the coffee maker and tv was covered with ants. Bed looked like it was not very beet and clean. Toilet paper hanger was falling off the wall..just looked very dirty.

Great Hotel
My family and I have stayed at this hotel before. We like it a lot. Parking is terrible. Too tight and the parking spots are small. I had an issue in my room and I went to the front desk and Donetta helped me and moved me into a new room. Donnetta and Karla were very professional, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with!

Had to have stained sheets changed upon arrival. $20 per person for continental breakfast and over brewed coffee. Unhelpful staff members who passed responsibility to others. Got food to go the last night and it was awful. Restaurant had closed so we paid for steak that was gross and uneaten.

It’s giving poor
I haven’t been to a hotel that charges you to park on their property, sixteen dollars per night, which is crazy for the price you’re paying for a room, can’t even get one free parking spot. What I thought might make up for it would be a continental breakfast, but again, you want that…you will be charged for it. I was surprised I wasn’t charged per pillow and for bedding. Lastly, there were several issues with the digital key. I had to go to the front desk to have it resolved and it’s useless to some degree. I state this because I would go through the garage to get to my room, I learned I can’t access the elevators unless you have a physical key….so what’s the point of a digital key if I’m still going to need a physical one to access several areas of the hotel. Overall, this has been the worst Hilton I’ve stayed at ever. There are others around so try them out. The staff at this place was amazing tho, shout out to Karla and Susan! And the housekeepers were awesome as well.

8/10 Very good

Shout out to DONETTA!!! This lovely lady was a pleasure to talk to. She would text me daily to make sure I was doing great. I really appreciated that. Over all the hotel experience was good and the location was perfect. My reasons for not giving a five star review are for several issues that I saw/had. My first night I checked in later that evening and my room was an attached room. I thought OK I can handle this, but in the morning I could hear the next room showering and I did not feel comfortable with that. I asked to be moved to a different room, and they gladly moved me. Also, in that first room, the sink area was smaller while the shower area was larger, which was fine. I did notice rust on the door even though the shower and the whole room itself was updated. My first room was a King and the second room was a queen. I didn’t say anything because I was grateful to be moved. The room was nice, larger bathroom but the ledge in the shower was coming off the wall. I did find some hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine but honestly, I could’ve picked them up on my shoes and brought them in from the carpet in the hall. The bed was OK. It wasn’t very thick. The sheets and toppings were older. You could tell they were worn through in some areas. The pillows were comfortable. The bed made a noise when you sat down on it. It sounded like a piece of metal popping, but I slept good. For a Hilton, I thought it would have been better.

Overall it was ok. Nice looking room but had unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. I’m guessing it’s because we stayed at a pet friendly room with carpet floor. Many mold on the shower wall, tones of hair on the extra blanket that they had in the room. Hair dryer was very sticky. Their sofa bed was extremely run down that it was unusable as a bed. We couldn’t sleep good on the second night because we were hearing loud squeaks foot steps from upstairs. The staff tried to help us as much as possible but some issues were out of their hands. On the positive side, they had a nice pool and jacuzzi. Very clean!
