Very large room that is decently clean and comes with a kitchen, washer dryer, living area and sofa. Breakfast was decent and relatively inexpensive with ok options. Cleanliness is acceptable but the key concern is the room air conditioning. We went in the spring so we could live with the weak air conditioning. However, it might be hard to deal with during the summertime.
Will recommend the Japanese restaurant at the hotel lobby. Food and drinks are absolutely fantastic.

Did not enjoy staying here.
The place has gone downhill since the pandemic.
The room was so hot, and I couldn't control the temperature, so slept very badly.
No towels in the spa,
The spa changing room smells badly of urine.
The sauna is bad and not hot.
The steam room not working at all.
Boxing coach in the gym is very annoying and pushy and put me off using the gym.

Convenient Apartment Hotel
Hotel was good upstandard in its services and communication. The apartment was nice and convenient. The baby crib was fine. Just without the air ventilation, the apartment felt so hot, so we had no choice than to open the window doors, but felt dangerous as we had a walking baby with us. Neighborhood very good, cheap grocery stores, restaurants of different provinces of China. Unfortunately hairsalons closed early at 22:00, so had no chance to wash hair there and let them massage head. The breakfast was fine. The children's playroom is nice.

Poor experience
We spent the weekend visiting universal studios. At the hotel entrance we are met by a dark lobby that looked a bit worn down. Our room at third floor had a balcony. But the door was locked. The air-conditioner didn't work, and since we couldn't open the balcony door we had around 28 degrees during our whole stay. The Wifi was really bad. Slow and sometimes it didn't work at all. The breakfast room at the top floor is nice. But the buffet is very poor. Old dry bread, cheap sugar juices and not much of toppings to choose from. At the check out we couldn't pay with credit card. The staff blamed the new credit card system. After a lot of discussions we found a sort of emergency payment. We expected more from this four star hotel.

Nice, clean & room is pretty big. Plenty of food around the apartment. Breakfast choices are pretty the same everyday. Nearest train station is about 20 mins walk. Overall, the room is pretty comfortable.

Lots of space, great amenities, comfortable
Nice room (serviced apartment - but hotel pricing), LOTS of space, convenient location. It was great to be able to do a load of laundry since I was on a long business trip!

Their sevice qualities are unmatchable with their equipment and their charged price.
Their front desk staffs and housekeepers are keeping changes, their front door guard are unfriendly.
In one word, their staff is short of training... they seamed to hurry finish their works rather then to serve people....

Not a good stay for traveller
As maybe cooking allowed indoor, there was a kind of smell in the apartment. 2 small bottles of water were compliments. If you want more, you would be asked for 5 RMB for each. It’s quite abnormal in China for such level hotel. No free parking and location is a little bit far from CBD. Not a good stay for traveller.

Great Wifi
About a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The gym was amazing. It's a huge hotel studio suite with lots of room. Fast wifi compared to the laughable so called "4G" that China has.

Great newer hotel with amazing rooms
This hotel deserves a perfect 10. The room was amazing and very spacious. Everything I could possibly need, even washer/dryer and a scale which is very rare for any hotel. Traveling for 4 months, I cannot stress how important a washer/dryer is. Everything is also new which I really like. Included breakfast was also great and in a beautiful restaurant. Workout room and pool were huge! Even a golf simulator. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to speak English. Only minor complaint is location, 25 minute walk to nearest subway. But I knew this in advance so not docking points for that. Very reasonable price for what you get. Would stay again.
