Near perfect
We had a lovely, spacious, modern, quiet room on level 5. It had a wonderful, large view of Innsbruck’s snowy mountains. Can’t beat the location- close to everything. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. We were only wanting for tissues and couple more pillows (which weren’t supplied), teas, sugar and coffees weren’t replaced daily - apart from that, would have been perfect!

The hotel was nice and clean. The view from our room was beautiful! The desk clerk at check-in wasn’t very friendly and even came across as snooty. The bed was hard, but we managed to get some sleep. I would choose a different hotel next time.

Don't follow maps to reach the hotel
The hotel was hard to find. Google maps kept showing us to go to it's other branch "Penz hotel" through the streets on which regular cars are not allowed. Hard to find hotel if one is new to the town.
