This is a very easy B&B to stay in and is very well located right on the seafront in Wells. Downstairs has a small lounge and dining area with tea and coffee facilities.
The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. Nice wet room with a light heated mirror so no problem with steaming up.
Definitely worth considering and we’re looking to returning again soon.

We had a lovely stay at The Quay Bed and Breakfast. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, the continental breakfast was also very well done. The hosting was also great and we felt all our needs were catered for. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was very comfortable.
Centrally located.
Cons
The shower arrangement meant that the toilet area got wet, and a proper screen/door would have been beneficial.
The fridge was located on top of a chest of drawers and didn't feel steady when it was open and closed. Also, the TV was situated behind it, and whilst it didn't obstruct the view, it made it clumsy and cluttered.
Minimum storage as well
Breakfast option cancelled 48 hours before visit. We were refunded but overall the room did not feel value for money.

The property was in a good position close to the centre of Wells and the hosts were very welcoming. The bed was excellent as was the duvet and for once I slept well out of my house. The breakfast was buffet style continental and there was excellent choice.

Superb
Good size room with everything you need, all newly refurbished to a good standard, nice en suite with walk in shower. All staff very accommodating, breakfast served at their pub down the road was excellent, would definitely recommend.

What a lovely little B&B. My room was really lovely with a great shower room. The host was so friendly and could not be more helpful. My bike felt very safe left inside the property.

A fortunate choice.
Right in the middle of town by the harbour, friendly and welcoming. My wife being a light sleeper was not disturbed once in either of the two nights stay. We would book again. ALBaker.

No staff to greet, but instructions were clearly given to self check in. Shabby decor in reception and stairs but room good, spotless but a drain smell was present. Very good continental breakfast with friendly staff.

Interesting property, quite expensive for a B&B (£135 with continental breakfast). Nice touches in the lounge/reception area. Everything worked fine. Great location on the Norfolk Coast Path right on the harbourside.

Lovely room, yummy continental breakfast, comfortable bed, fantastic shower, nice member of staff, great decor, easy check in. My only grumble is that the room was ridiculously hot! It was difficult to sleep in such a hot room!

A delightful property, unmanned, quiet, and in a nice location. Beware that parking is in the public carpark opposite, only free between 18:00 and 08:00. A continental breakfast is available from 08:30, so I didn't get to sample it as I had to leave at that time. Didn't see a soul, but this was a comfortable and reasonably priced, nicely decorated seaside guesthouse.
