We had communication issues, as the receptionist basically only spoke Spanish. My Spanish is pretty good, and they had a paper ledger of their registration. Pretty stone age! They charged me a second time even though I had booked it on hotels.com the morning of check in. I knew this was going to happen when I signed another credit card receipt, but was too tired to deal with it at the moment. Even though I had paid for it on hotels.com, she charged me again when I checked in. I'm now disputing the second charge. They said they can only refund in cash. Too bad I'm back in the states. Be careful how you pay for this hotel. Otherwise everything is great there.
