8/10 Very good

Better than most. Interesting place to stay.
We spent one night in a single room containing two double bunk beds for the three of us. The premises is primarily a Diving School but makes rooms available to the general public. The staff who greeted us and gave us (as first timers there) a tour were very friendly and helpful. The shared areas are good; comfortable and clean. The shared Kitchen was particularly clean, well kept and well stocked (free tea, coffee and Milo are supplied, along with a shared food section in the share fridge).
The only bad part was that the weather was hot and the room was very hot. Two fans were supplied in the room and you could open the window or door but neither has fly screens so we had a lot of mosquitoes and one of us reacts badly to bites.
The evidence that it is a Diving School is all about and shows in some of the interesting decore. There are strict rules about when noise must cease in different areas and I was pleased that they were adhered to. I also enjoyed the use of the small library with books that thankfully were not ALL/ONLY about diving.
Despite the near-sleepless night, I found it a interesting and enjoyable place to stay and other circumstances, would stay again.
