Wont stay again
We stayed for two nights. While the beds were comfortable, our room was not in the best shape. The tv had a blue tint to it, and the blackout curtain was broken so trying to cover it up was not easy. There also was a lamp that was extremely touchy and would turn off and on. All of that we could overlook, but when I went to get extra towels, twice, they had none. Not one in the whole building and I have a family of 5 with just 3 towels. Ok. Then we used the pool-their towel holders there were also completely empty-to which we were told you can take towels from the gym. Which there was like maybe 4 left and they’re gym towels are tiny. It was not a busy time of year-we were in the off season-so for this being a Hilton hotel to have zero towels?? Very disappointing coupled with the condition of the room. With all the options out there we won’t choose this hotel again.
