"Very nice resort of high standard. The only drawback could be that it is a bit remote, but with a rental car this is no issue. Really nice restaurants offering delicious foods. Relatively large swimming pool that never appears crowded. Staff generally friendly and willing to help. When in a room higher up quite some stairs to walk but a golf-cart service is available as well. Definitely a recommendation!!!"

"Wonderful new hotel right in the heart of Tramuntana Mountains. The staff are fabulous - friendly and responsive. Always working hard to make sure everything is just right. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite - lovely. Beautiful design - all natural materials, stone and linen. The pool is a real highlight - such a wonderful place to unwind. We also enjoyed a treatment in the Welness Area. And fhe food was great - high end, and great service."

"Not a great attitude from the reception staff during check-in, telling us that the room we booked didn't exist and blaming Hotels.com for advertising this non-existing room. Eventually, after dragging our luggage from one room to another for an hour, they put us into an OK-ish room but still not as advertised, and refused to upgrade us to a better room for free. "Disappointment with a great view. I want to first mention so this make sense why I’m upset. We have the double terrace room which i spent $5000 a night to stay at. "On the plus side: The location is beautiful with open views across the countryside. The reception staff are willing, efficient, friendly and do their best in the face of quite a few challenges. "We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really"
