"This was a very clean hotel, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very quiet, didn't hear noise from adjoining rooms or hallway. The bed was very comfortable and each had 4 pillows - which I'd give an extra star - they were comfy! We attended a concert and were pleased to see security patrolling the parking lot when we returned near midnight. Felt like my vehicle and belongings were safe in the parking lot. There are very convenient dining options nearby, and we had pizza from Milwaukee MKE Classic Pizza delivered right to our hotel room. The pool area was also clean and always stocked with towels. The hot tub was large and worked great, not too hot, just right. Would definitely stay there again."

"This property is a fantastic choice when visiting Lake Geneva. Some rooms offer beautiful lake views, and the location is ideal—just steps from dining, shopping, and the waterfront. The recent updates give it a fresh feel, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed for both short visits and extended stays. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay."
