Reception seemed to be constantly closed, with the request to call a mobile number if you needed service (including checking out) - so three stars only for the overall experience. "There is nothing I didn't like about this property. From the minute we checked in we were made to feel so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were amazing, the property was stunning and the interior was so stylish. There was some confusion over my booking a week before we were due to stay and there were no rooms left. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area.
