The hotel is very nice and clean. Service was excellent and the room was pleasant and comfortable. My complaint I meet someone who flew into work with me in Los Angeles. I had a car to meet him there and it cost me $82.50 to park over night Highway robbery.

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant! The customer service here is amazing, staff members are very personable. The 5th floor room and hallway area was extremely warm! I set the thermostat to 65 and that barely helped. Maybe it was a mechanical issue on the entire floor.
