I have stayed at this property before and it was wonderful. So I returned to stay again. The first time i was here I stayed on the second floor and it was very nice, clean, up to date, large room, etc. This time I was on the first floor (room 140) and it smelled like dog/cat urine when we walked in. The room was small and crammed. I had to request towels and coffee and coffee cups.....a room for 4 only had enough for

Not-So-Happy Birthday!

I purchased a room for my daughter's 15th birthday and her only request was that the hotel have a pool to swim in. After checking in, as we were walking to our room, we passed the pool and noticed it was closed with no explanation. What a disappointing feeling it is to not fulfill my daughter's birthday wishes over something that should have been relayed to me while I was navigating the perfect hotel to her birthday. If the pool is closed, the hotel and any third party sites promoting them should let the customers know that before we spend our money to disappoint our kids.

Worst checkin experience ever

The absolute worst checkin experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Was initially told a room was not ready. I noted it was a Saturday and they were very busy. I waited for 20-30 minutes before following up. Was told a room was still not ready and waited another 20-30 minutes. Another couple who checked in after us demanded a room and was given one immediately. I hoped this meant rooms were opening up but was ignored for another 20-30 minutes. I asked to have my reservation canceled so we could get a room at a different hotel. We were told that they could do nothing and we needed to contact hotels.com. I called and was told I could not canceled because our checkin was still being processed. When we then went to have our checkin processes terminated so we could cancel our reservation, we were given a room on the spot. It felt like we were being lied to about no rooms being available and I have no idea why. We were on the verge of just leaving and forfeiting our payment. Room was clean and had no other issues for the rest of our stay outside of the room next to us having barking dogs from 9pm-10pm. The checkin experience did leave a bad taste for the remainder of our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER

This is an old Doubletree hotel that is now Wyndam. DO BOT STAY HERE!! Even the front desk will tell yoi not to stay here. He wouldn't stay here himself. Old. Broken down hotel. A few polite workers but overall they are here just for a job. Beds are uncomfortable, outdated decor, bad breakfast for $4.99 weekdays and $9.99 weekends. Just go anywhere but here.

Room 450 was great except bathroom faucet kept running and toilet was clogged prior to us using it. we only stayed one night so used the downstairs restrooms. Did not mention it to hotel staff.

Never stay at this location again

OMG it was the worse stay ever. I checked in about 11PM, only 1 person at th3 feont desk and there were at least 10 people waitjng ro also checkin. After finally getting to my room, my neighbor was up until 430AM blasting the TV, talking loud and our room was a connected room and their kids kep opening and closing the door on their side. Then one of their kids left the room and zi assime got lost. At 530am the feont desk calls me asking about someone else kid? Why? I guess some room allow smoking. Cigarettes are bad enough, but someone had the hallway lit up smelling like weed. The hallway was noisy all night. I had just driven 6hrs and worked until 1030 to start a job wheich i had to return to th3 next day to complete. I had gotten no sleep. And you charge for breakfast? Th3 same breakfast every place i ever stayed had included? It was justbeggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal and biscuits and gravy. Nothing fancy. But you charging? $12 cause its th3 weekend? Something no one else charges for? I was so exhausted, that after i completed my job th3 next day, driving home for thrs, i fell asleep a few times at the wheel which i hadnt done on years. This locztion is decent, but old. The doors to them rooms are scratched up and have peeling paint. Carpet looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Shower curtain in my room was galling down because the wall is falling apart. It is close to.lots of food options.
