Probably won’t return to this hotel.
Hotels.com is great, don’t get me wrong. We decided to stay another night. Staff made us pay a second deposit before the first deposit was returned. Looks clean, but the area outside looks run down. Also, the morning of the second day I noticed that a down comforter was in between two bed sheets. I have never seen such a dingy looking white down comforter before. I felt bad about that. Also, they have large sized shampoo, conditioner and body lotion installed instead of individual sizes. So bring your own if the thought of others using hygiene products before you is something you would not like.

Disappointed
The property is run down. Service is slow, long lines at the reception desk. furniture and carpet needed updates. Breakfast food is not hot, choices are limited, silverware is super cheap & old. Room was appointed very poorly - Not enough towels, no coffe mugs, no tea bags were offered. Bathroom ceiling was chipped. No dark shades on the window.

Overall I got a good rate and it was a decent stay. The room was adequately clean. The area the hotel is in felt safe. The staff was friendly. The hair dryer in the room was surprisingly impressive.The workout room was one of the nicer and better equipped ones Ive seen. Evidently they had some problems keeping up with the demand for towels, but I was able to eventually get the towels we needed. The pool and hot tub looked like they had been used hard all weekend and were gross. Staff did close them the morning we checked out to clean properly.

Very terrible experience
The pool and hot tub was closed for repairs. Ask the receptionist for the manager to call me manager never called. Did not want to check on me or anything at the front desk at least three times asking for the manager and not one phone call or response. Tried to charge my card every day. I was there when I paid the day I got there.they had a Continental breakfast that you had to pay for. Which should be the first time I’ve ever seen that before continental breakfast is supposed to be free. The actual restaurant was only open from 6 PM to 10 PM. I just know the website said to pull in hot tub was running in the hot in the restaurant was supposed to be up and running and not near one of them. we’re running very disappointed. I was the whole trip was about spending time with friends and swimming in the swimming pool and Indians a restaurant its own property neither one of those happened. Elevators barely worked the two days I was there all the stuff is just none of them was friendly at all.

Don't stay here
When we arrived they had no keys, locked in the office. Room was dirty, bed was broke, and stuffy. Very dusty. Couldn't breathe. Asked for a diff room that one has a pill under the bed. They only comp one night and my son could of picked that up. Should of been free and that was too much. Staff was nice. One girl seemed stressed bc of all the complaints. Hallways was dirty. Bedsheets burned my arms. Didn't sleep for 2 days and still waiting on my refund been a week ... Also was a straw under our bed ... We were room 348 328 had the pill. If you stay check everywhere ...

Disappointed.
Very disappointed with this trip. Hotel was a mess. Room was a mess when I got there. Bed wasn't made. Sheets were all over the room. Dog was barking non stop. Across the hall. The women at the front desk was very nice and moved me to quieter comer room. Which I did appreciate. The hotel it’s self was very dirty and over crowed. Garbage bags in the halls. The restrung want not open for dinner both nights is was there, even though I was told it would be open. Oh, and 8.99 for a continental breakfast with old croissants and muffins is a little bit absurd.
