Pousada muito fraca
Ao pedir um petisco no bar da piscina, nos deparamos com varios gatos subindo na mesa para roubar nossa comida. As 19:30 a luz acabou na pousada e so retornou 22:00. Sem gerador. O ar- condicionado nao gelava o quarto direito. Um quarto pequeno deveria estar nevando no quarto. Fomos comer uma pizza novamente na mesa do bar e os gatos subindo na mesa comeram nossa pizza. Varios gatos pelo visto criados por alguem da pousada. Café da manhã bem fraco, tudo sem sabor e com cara de velho. Ao sair o pior de tudo, na hora de fazer check-out a pousada estava sem recepcionista para nos liberar e fechar a conta. Ele estava atrasado por que estava sem ônibus no bairro dele. E nenhum funcionário sabia resolver ou fechar a conta. Depois de explicar que tinhamos acordado cedo porque estavamos com passeios agendados e teriamos prejuízo, depois de reclamar um funcionário ligou pro geremte e consegiu fechar a conta e nos liberar. A pousada tem muito potencial mas peca em falta de cuidados basicos.

Hotel pé na areia
Hotel pé na areia, bem localizado , piscina grande , limpo, restaurante com preços justos . Precisa rever a questão de gatos dentro do hotel, está ficando sem proporção . Muitos , vi mais de 8. E quando vamos fazer refeições todos aparecem . E na praia do hotel existem muitos cachorrros, precisa melhorar na limpeza desse ambiente . No mais o hotel é ótimo!

Tem um bom atendimento.
Muito bem recebido, o hotel entrega na medida do que oferece. Limpo e bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortavel, banheiro grande. Uma pequena varanda em frente a piscina. Tem espreguicadeiras na frente de cada quarto, e os hospedes na minha estadia respeitaram. So uma observacao, a cortina frontal é translucida entrandonclaridade logo cedo. Um blackout seria mais apropriado. O estacionamento é interno, e atendeu muito bem. A recepcao tambem, muito boa.

A acomodação condiz com o valor cobrado. As instalações no quarto estavam, em geral, bem conservadas, só uma observação que o banheiro do quarto tinha um cheiro forte. A piscina limpa e jardim bem cuidado. A equipe foram todos bem educados e simpáticos. Os preços do bar estavam condizentes, nada abusivo. Porém, um ponto a melhorar no bar é a qualidade das opções de porções servidas, realmente muito abaixo do aceitável. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, padrão, nada de especial. Uma pena que a praia logo em frente ao hotel estava com muita sujeira trazida pela maré, mas isso independe do hotel.
