Expected much better

We were put on the 16th floor, not a huge deal, except when only 2 of the 4 elevators that go to the 16th floor work. Then when we get to our room late at night after a game, there are only 2 wash clothes for a specified family of 4 to stay in. Too late to call housekeeping, phone states to look up numbers in the booklet, which we did not have in our room. Our room was to be a double queen beds, they were full size beds. Our full size beds were given flat sheets to lay on instead of a fitted sheets as well.
