Wife had to go to bed with damp hair because there was no hairdryer and couldn't call the front desk because the phone was dead ( other family members had already gone to bed while she was showering...).Wife and myself found the tub floor too narrow and too sloped and slippery for our security as seniors. No bathtub mat for the inside or outside of tub area, having to use a hand towel. Breakfast was average, needing more gluten-free options like grits..., coffee not that good, running out of creamer, needing more options in coffee condiments and proteins.

Un-friendly Receptionist.

Unfortunately not all the receptionists were friendly especially the lady who booked us in on the first night, Sunday evening, didn’t seem to know what she was doing, especially when she knocked on our room door, two hours after she had checked us in and then she issued our door key to another strange guest!! Pool was not kept up to date and caused multiple eye conditions (blood shot eyes and blisters around eyes) due to no chlorine and to much acid for ph.

Mold sold separately!

We drove down to Wilmington to view some venues for our upcoming Wedding, at check in we were greeted with a smile and the process was quick. We went into the room to check the condition before we headed back out. The next morning as I am standing in the shower and look up at the wall, there it was. Not just a little bit, but a large area covered in mold that appears to have been there for a while. During check out I wanted to talk to the front desk about the unwanted visitors and was dismissed with a quick “I will have housekeeping take care of it” have a great day.
