I like the staff , recepcionista were very kind and helpful, I was hoping for a tv to work, it didn’t, I reported it , the problem wasn’t fixed, also would be nice if they add a mi I fridge on the rooms . The rest was ok , average , nothing espectacular , like I said the best was the staff .

I gave 3 stars just because the customer service was ok but in general it was a terrible experience. the first night we slept in a room with no window just a fan, We felt very unsafe about it, and the next night they gave is a room with ac but no window.

The Wifi was real iffy. You had to be beside the room door for it to work properly ( the rooms are concrete I think and I was on the 6th floor at the end of a hall way. Could of been part of the problem )My room didnt have a shower head and you had to hold the shower door closed or water would go everywhere. There is no air conditioner. That might not be a problem for non Americans... but we like to be cold when its hot outside. There is a nice fan though. Location is great if you want to be in Bello.

La mayoría de las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado , no limpian la habitación si no la pides pero nunca lo dicen , las ventanas no son contra ruido y a poca distancia hay 3 lugares para bailar que la música es demasiado fuerte exagerado de no poder dormir más el calor , solo te dan jabón para un solo día , no hay shampo ni jabón de manos ni tampoco te cambian las toallas si no las pides , la verdad de hotel no tiene nada es un motel .
