Tldr;Super cheap with sweet check-in help, but severe roach infestation and zero response from front desk – had to leave. The price was the main draw here – very budget-friendly for the area near DFW. The girl who checked me in yesterday was genuinely sweet and helpful. When I got to my room on the third floor and realized there was no remote for the TV, I called the front desk. She personally brought one over to the opposite side of the complex in what felt like under 3 minutes. That kind of quick, friendly service is rare, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was infested with roaches – and I mean seriously infested. They were everywhere: on the walls, crawling across the bed, on the floor. Several were boldly walking around like they owned the place, and one even crawled right on me while I was trying to settle in. No matter where I looked, I saw more. It was impossible to relax, let alone sleep, with the constant movement and sheer number of them. I ended up leaving because there was no way I could stay in that environment. If you're looking for the absolute cheapest option and can somehow overlook (or don't mind) major pest issues, maybe it's tolerable for some. But for me, the roaches made it completely unlivable, and the total lack of response from staff when I reported it sealed the deal. I won't be back and can't recommend it unless they get serious pest control and better customer service.

Horrible management. Here's what happend it was snowing in Dallas and the room rate was around a hundred dollars, the owner booked the entire place and if you came to check in they charge you a minimum forty bucks on top of the reservations, they were testing to gouge people charge a 120 bucks on top of the fee. They asked about 16 people who had confirmed reset ovation to cancel becuase they charged people 259 dollars cash instead... So it was bad and we had many witnesses to this... I ended up walking to the Sheraton next door and booked a clean and safe room for 220 and I was happy I did. Also the property is terrible and thus was bad.

Staying in this hotel felt like a scam. They charged me an extra $15 when I got there because they said hotels.com hadn’t updated to reflect their actual room prices, and they were doing the same thing to everyone else in the lobby, and asking people to cancel their hotels.com reservations and book with them directly so they could make more money (they actually said this outright, and demanded that some people do this if they wanted to be assigned a room for the night). They were also telling people that despite having hotels.com or expedia reservations, there weren’t going to be enough rooms for everyone waiting in the lobby. Then, the room itself! dings in the walls, areas of peeled-off paint, warps in the floor, signs of bedbugs in the mattresses and no duvets. And when I went to change the heater temperature the whole front panel fell off of it exposing a dirty and rusted grill underneath. I slept on the floor to try and avoid the bedbugs but when I woke up there were like, 8 of them visibly skittering around on the floor. This hotel was the stuff of nightmares. It needs to be shut down and definitely not offered as an option on third party travel websites. I will 100% be requesting a refund and disputing the charge if it’s not given.

After making a reservation and having a confirmation number, I get to the hotel free great expense because Uber was surcharging due to the weather and they didn’t have any rooms. There were at least 6 other people with the same problem. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous that they were booking rooms and charging full price when they didn’t even have the inventory.

What can you say about this place you open the door the cockroaches scatter it says studio six which means it might have a kitchen. Does it has a refrigerator and a sink? Felt unsafe the whole time I was at this place too just like the surrounding areas just horrible. I just have nothing. Good to say about this place.

The room was disgusting!! Hair in sink, tub and on floor! The room stunk, and the air didn’t work!! I had to line the toilet with toilet paper in order to use it, and the sink faucet never produced hot water, and the shower was barely a stream!! Stop using printed blankets that can’t be washed in hot water and bleach!! The area was sketchy, which included people yelling right outside my door, only with the grace of God I was spared!! I won’t be back!!! The last and final addition! Roaches!!! Absolutely not doable!! Never ever!!

I have traveled nationally and internationally. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We booked the motel last minute due to weather issues in Dallas. The photos looked like the place was updated and clean. This, however, was not the case. We walked into the room, turned on the lights, and found cockroaches on the walls and dead ones on the floor. Completely unsanitary. I immediately marched back to the lobby and demanded a refund. However, that refund process has also been a nightmare as the refund receipt is through a third party. The motel keeps telling me that they immediately processed the refund. However, Hotels.com has been unable to reach the hotel manager. It's not about the money. It is the principle of the thing. I have never had issues with Hotels.com, so I'm placing the blame on this motel. Would NOT recommend. Get a room at the Holiday Inn instead.
