EXCELLENT however...NO AC!?!? Why?
The service of the food was fantastic over at Boston's at the restaurant next over, which was a friendly and delightful surprise. And the food had four menu options to choose from, from an all-American breakfast, to pancakes, to oatmeal, to even doing biscuits and gravy. They even had some lighter options, too, for kids and for the elderly. And then, of course, you had all your drinks and stuff that you could choose from as well. And all at a free, no-cost breakfast. If you do want to leave a tip, though, just ask to leave a penny on your credit card, and you can leave a tip. The room, however, was fantastic and spacious. We stayed in the suite. However, though, the air control was not that good, as we had to go buy a box fan at Target and open the windows, which made the room seem dangerous at night. So that way it stayed cool. The front desk mentioned that they have a boiler system on this time of year. This time of year is the end of March of 2025. And, unfortunately, that they couldn't turn on the A.C. And so we were stuck with either heat or nothing. And so we had to open up the windows and feel unsafe. So we had to have the box fan open during the day, with the windows open, and try to pull in cool air. Other than that, however, though, the shower was spacious and very lovely. Two shower heads. It had a kitchen that we could use, a very large living room. The bed was very, very comfortable. Perfect place to stay. Thank you.

Older hotel that BW has remodeled and is bringing back to life. I remember the original hotel and it was nostalgic to stay there. They have done a good job of preserving the feel of the original. Rates are very reasonable, breakfasts were great and staff was great. Its our new place to stay when we come to Casper

Stay started out okay. We rented a king suite. In one room the thermostat only blew cold air, in the king master room the thermastat did not work at all. The weather was below zero during our trip. We tried to call down to the front desk and our phone did not work. We were also unable to use the TV due to a missing remote. We went to the front desk and the maintenance person was sent up. Nothing was fixed due to not having the parts, although she did try to fix all isses. Curtains were broken and hanging off the wall. Mirrors in all rooms were very very dirty! There were no clean towles for the swimmers. When checking out, the front desk told me to call the GM monday morning to work out a discount. I called monday morning x 5 with no answer. Finally left a message and the GM did not return our call. Will never stay here again!

We stayed in one of the Balcony suites on the second floor. It was enormous. The size of 5 regular hotel rooms it was more of an apartment than a hotel room. With a kitchen, dinning room, living room 2 full baths, a changing room a full master suite a pull out queen bed and dinning table and a bar for eating. The hotel has a great pool thats indoor and heated. There is a very nice workout room with plenty of equipment. For breakfast we were given vouchers to eat at the attached Boston Pizza restaurant. There we were given a menu to choose from and it had a big selection of choices. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner with a very nice menu that include much more than pizza. There is also a bar in the restaurant with a full choice of beverages. Pool tables and dart boards. The between the hotel and restaurant there is a hair salon for men and women. The hotel has a small surviver/ convenience shop in the lobby with snacks and travel esentials. The front desk staff are great at answering any questions you may have and getting you any assistance you may need. The maid staff was quiet , friendly, and there for everything we asked for. The hotel was very clean, quiet and we felt very safe. There is no elevator to the second floor so if you have trouble on step ask for a first foor room. From what I could see they were every bit as nice as the second and this hotel has many different layouts for suites to accommodate families, or parties like weddings or business meetings.

Use to be a dingy old Clarion and needs a overhaul
Almost two years ago, it use to be a Clarion. Best Western hotels purchased it and a new sports bar restaurant was built at the end of the hotel. A new perk is the complimentary continental breakfast every morning at the restaurant during continental breakfast hours. It's a small menu but its very good and more than decent for being free. It saved our family of 7 at least $60 for breakfast. Just make sure to tip the kind server who brings the food and cleans up after you. Now, onto the cons. The family suite use to have utensils, plates, and cups in the cupboards, now it has none. The small stove was taken out and there is just a sink, refrigerator, and a microwave. Whats the point of having all the empty cupboards. We had 2 rooms in our suite. Both heaters didn't work and just blew out air. Only the heater in the living room worked. We needed more blankets for how cold it was. The king and queen bed felt old because we could feel the springs. The king bed bathroom didn't have hot water for a hot bath but the other one did. Theres a funky smell in the hallway and its really funky and gassy in the lobby. I don’t know how the workers tolerate it. It could be a health hazard. The pool was okay. There was dripping from the roof which I don’t think was from condensation but a leak from snow on the roof. It's definitely showing its age from certain areas and the smell. There's no elevator that I know of. We won't stay unless they fix the heater problem and the smell.

Not great.
Hotel was more run down than the pictures looked. Funny smell in the lobby. Our bathroom door would stick every time you would open it. Over all a little dingy and tired. Should be a $75 dollar room at the most.

Four Doors two too many!!
did not like the number of doors (4) also I was not aware that there 2 bathrooms in the listed as a suite. It was equipped with a living room space, but it was not what I would call a suite. I was irritated with this and 4 doors for real, spend the money when your make a suite out of two single rooms and remove unnecessary doors at the time of construction. So all in all I paid to much for a room I was totally iritated staying in.
