Room is clean and we like that it is not carpeted. Very close to disney world. The breakfast is good aswell and have variety of options. Staff were courteous and always smiling. Affordable pricing given it’s location.

Perfect place to stay for a Disney experience
Not far from the Disney parks (15 minutes), in a good area with a lot of restaurants and shops. Very clean, quiet, nice breakfast, and the rates are good.. Our stay was really perfect, and I think I found my new place to stay when I am going to Disney.

Would stay here again
We walked in the hotel and the lady at the front desk was fabulous! Got in our room and it smelled clean. The only 3 complaints I have is when we checked in and gave the $100 deposit we were told that once we check out it will be released immediately. However when we checked out we were told it would be held for 7-10 business days. I feel like that is a bit excessive, I can understand a day to make sure the room wasn't damaged but 7-10 days is a long time to wait. The other issue is the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom was smaller than the hole in the ceiling, the toilet barely had enough water to properly flush, tiles were cracked and held together with a screw or just filled with caulk. The door had a bunch of screws holding it together as well. The only other thing is I wish the TV was a smart TV so that we could watch Netflix or Hulu instead of what is on cable.

I’d stay here again
At first glance I was worried given the age of the building, the broken roof line, and broken pool furniture Then, the hotel staff exceeded expectations. Staff could consistently be seen cleaning and wiping things down. Each morning we were seated to a fresh clean table for the continental breakfast (eggs and meat each day included). Every morning the pool area was cleaned by maintenance. Our room bathroom was cleaned and our bed was made each day like clockwork. Ample free parking. Easy “back road” to the parks. We will stay here again.

Okay for price but would not do again
Showing wear. Stayed for the price, but wishing we had splurged more. Have stayed nearby that is newer and offered more comforts. Breakfast area kinda small and requires tickets that are given at check-in that you then have to keep up with. Basic items. Nothing mickey shaped, like other hotels. Room doors open to outside, not controlled through inside of hotel. Water only gets warm at very very best.
