Eaton HK ......... excellent!

This hotel was a really good find! It's in a perfect location 4/5 min walk to Jordan MTR. All the staff were friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had the family room with a separate bedroom for our teenage son. Both rooms had TVs and full satellite TV including sports channels. The rooms were a little rusty around the edges, the bathroom in particular, however, the rooms and bathroom was cleaned every day. There were no smell in the rooms, which is always the first thing I notice when travelling. We had a decent view of Nathan Road which even though we were on the 12th floor, could be a little loud with cars up to about 1 at night. This was ok for us though and we all slept very well. We didn't eat in the restaurant on the ground floor as we thought it was over priced for a buffet service. We chose to go out and explore and eat out. The pool on the top level although not big, it was a decent size for a splash and the gym was a decent size. There is a 7/11 right opposite for any little snacks or drinks you need and taxis are pulling up outside all day long. My family and I were really happy with this hotel and will definitely use again when we come back to Hong kong. 100% recommended!

Well located near Jordan MTR station. Room size is decent - better than expected - though inevitably smaller than other less densely populated locations. All staff were polite and friendly. But biggest praise must go to the breakfast at The Astor. If you haven't included it with your room, it's excellent value to add when you want it, and the range of food on offer is incredible (huge!), and all very tasty.

Eaton HK was a very nice place to stay. The hotel was clean and had daily housekeeping services. It was located in the middle of Kowloon and gets you access to everything you need. The hotel also offers a wide variety of food in the downstairs food hall as well as events that happen often. The only thing I wish was a bit better was the size of the room. It was quite small for the two of us and we had two luggage’s each. Overall, a good stay for people that like to be in the action while traveling.

Busy location and a bit overcrowded

Hotel is situated in a central location however if you are taking taxis out be prepared to wait as during busy periods the traffic is slow at the hotel entrance. As mentioned hotel is located in a central location and you can see lots of people crowded at the entrance making it a little overcrowded and unwelcoming. Side door is also full of drivers and other guests smoking making it very unsightly. Would be better if they had a designated smoking area so guests do not need to walk past it. MTR and bus stops are at walking distance which is ideal for those who are looking to be near public transport. We were happy with the room itself, comfortable bed and spacious enough for two large luggage’s. Just as described in the room description.
