Overall I liked the property, the hotel is very upkept and cleaned often. Only downside is not having a public laundry room, other than that the gym is a decent size, nice TVs in the room, only thing I didn’t get time to check out is the breakfast.

Four Points by Sheraton in Poloaris was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and the staff is friendly. I was a bit disappointed that the EV charger listed on Expedia was not available (there is one Tesla charger but no Level 2 charger for J-1772). Overall I would recommend it, but if you are choosing it for the charger you may want to look elsewhere.

The front desk staff was wonderful - always friendly! The hotel was clean, room was very nice and comfortable. Having a full length mirror in the room would be nice. We will stay here again on our next visit.

The communicating door was missing between my room and the next room. You could hear everything going on in
the next room which included the voice from a woman speaking and having sex three to four times with someone or someones from 11:30PM till 5:00AM. Not able to sleep and concerned about safety if I complained to front desk as all the people next door had to do is open their door and walk into my room. Manager of hotel has refused to return my calls or email.

We were initially given an adjoining room but the guest next door sounded like they were in our room. The staff moved us without issue and the rest of the stay was fine. Hotel seemed clean and updates were being made.
