Five star stay in Deerfield!
Wonderful stay!! Upgraded to a suite on 7th floor, top floor, to a king suite with a wrap around Juliet balcony overlooking the gorgeous ocean out front and pool as well. Had the best nights sleep to the sound of the ocean waves on the most comfortable bed. Was so nice and quiet in our corner room. Included was a full breakfast with a custom omelette station as well as a nice selection of other breakfast foods. Good strong coffee. Great dinner night before in their beachside Resteraunt. Nothing fancy. Sat at the bar. Bartender super friendly and had a great hamburger and flatbread pizza. Gorgeous beach across street and lovely pool on site. Can’t say enough and can’t wait to go back!!!! Really wonderful stay!

Balcony not usable
I booked this hotel for the ocean front corner balcony with the intentions of sitting on the balcany every morning and watching the sunrise with the sound of the ocean. We could not open the doors from our room to the balcony because they had them locked shut. Very disappointed we could not use the balcony at all. If I would have know that the balcony was not going to be usable to us I would have booked a different room and not spent this much money on the room. I understand they were painting the outside of the building, just very disappointed that nothing was said about not being able to use the balcony when I booked the room. I spent the extra money on this room for my wife and I to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and beautiful sunrise. Very upset that we were not able to have that on our getaway few days.

Great location on beach. Walk to shops and dining. Property old;stuck in elevator 3x,long waits for elevators, staff are competing with you for elevator. Staff are pleasant but overwhelmed. Breakfast a mad house. Omelets burned. For money paid no deal.

My family is displaced from hurricane helene and have had much better stays at lower rated hotels. It may have just been our single experience but it was a hectic one. They fully booked with elevators on one side of the property broken causing major delays getting to and from the lobby/garage to our floor. Im talking up to 15 minutes having to wait with our heavy bags. We were able to use the stairs but they didnt go all the way to the garage. We had to pay to park and were charged 26 dollars a night even though there is literally nowhere else to park near the property. The creamer machine in the dining area was broken twice while we were there so we had to drive off property to get coffees. The breakfast buffet was extremely busy and understaffed. Even though we reserved a room with an ocean view we were put in a street view room because of a computer error which caused a double booking of our original room which we couldnt change anyway cause fully booked. The construction jackhammering was so loud during the day i couldnt concentrate on work for the two days i had to work out of the hotel room. Wifi was spotty and cut out numerous times during those days as well. Dirty bandaid in the pool and garbage in the pool edge. Hot tub was closed 1 of the days. Super expensive for a basic black coffee from Starbucks machine in the lobby which was dirty and had to be cleaned when i went to use it. Underwear on the roof outside our window. Not only was there jno hot water upon arrival, I woke up to a construction crew on my balcony with a jackhammer breaking up concrete at 8 AM with no prior knowledge. Holes in the concrete and exposed rebar on the balcony. front desk staff was very unapologetic. Worst hotel stay I've ever had & will never return.

Spacious rooms but disappointing customer service
We had asked for a complementary upgrade to our room. We were told upon check in that we would receive the complementary upgrade. They did not mention that behind the scenes Hilton had done this online and would charge us extra. We also had a terrible experience with room service, but the manager of the hotel passed it off to the manager of the restaurant and we played phone tag, but never resolved it. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences in terms of listening to and responding to the customer. In the past, we have always had good experiences with Hilton hotels.
