Quick Visit.

The place was spotless top to bottom. There was plenty of staff. Breakfast was hot and ready at 6:01 if you are an early riser. My only issue was the doors shut very loud. The auto locking feature of the door wouldn’t let you “hold the handle” to help with a soft close. Very popular with traveling athlethic teams.

Shoutout to Front Desk staff

Stayed here while in town for a concert. Although the hotel was very busy, we had a nice stay and breakfast was great! I want to personally thank Reagan at the front desk for helping me after I realized I left my wallet in the room. I live 3 hours away and was worried that I’d have to drive down to retrieve it, but she helped me figure out the best way to ship it back and made sure to handle it personally. I got it the other day and am extremely grateful.

Great stay

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet heat/AC unit in the room. Loved!!!! The walk-in shower, was not expecting that feature. Hot breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices.

We stayed at this hotel because of the pool, traveling with a team of kids. There was no heat in the pool area and it was freezing. Our team kids couldn't use the pool. Also, the two staff members running the continental breakfast in the morning were over the top. Made a very rude comment to me and did not treat other team parents well when asking for something that ran out or was low. They guard the breakfast area and take their jobs very seriousness.

Over all it was a pleasant stay. Staff was great and helpful. The room was comfortable, but there were areas of the carpet that did not seem to get cleaned. The shower head pipe was not secured and would move around when trying to adjust the direction of the water.
