We found the price of this hotel is much much lower than I booked from Hotels.com when I got the hotel. Then we called customer service. They cannot make a price match!! We were told that, once booking a room in Hotel.com, a customer must keep checking the price change! It is ridiculous! No, we did not keep check price changes, but it is because of trust! A trust to the your services! If your price is much higher than the hotel offers, why I use your services? In next three month, I’ll have a lot of travels, how can I trust Hotels.com ?! This extremely bad experience destroyed my trust on Hotels.com! 2 reasons: much higher price and bad customer service!!

Disappointing stay with my family

I rarely leave reviews but was disappointed enough to be compelled to share my experience I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for a long time and rely on Hilton for a certain standard My family and I stayed at this location two days ago and I was very underwhelmed 1. I called 8 hours ahead of time to request a crib in one of our adjoining rooms. When we arrived it wasn’t there. It was our first time traveling with our infant and it’s stressful when things that you need for a baby are not as they should be 2. When the nice gentleman brought the crib up, I asked him to confirm that the lock on the door wasn’t working. He confirmed and said maintenance would be up. He said it again when I saw him in the hall, and maintenance never came. Feeling less than perfectly safe and comfortable in a hotel - especially when with your children - is a huge fail 3. The WiFi didn’t work. It seemed like maybe we were too far away from it - not sure. Easy thing to get right and was another fail. 4. The HVAC in the room I slept in with my baby didn’t seem to work. It was 71 and I had cooling on for hours and it didn’t cool down. It’s not safe for babies to get overheated (too cold is better than too warm). I was worrying about my baby’s wellbeing all night and there was little I could do. Big fail. Overall, very disappointing experience. I’ll be seeking out Hyatt or Marriott properties for future travel

Do better.

The front desk staff is rude. Both the night crew and morning crew. But more importantly, they don’t seem to understand that a woman/women traveling alone have different needs. Sometimes just having someone watch us as we park the car and get back to the building is enough. Other times, we may ask someone to watch our things while we go get the car and bring it up front to load. Both of these requests were met with resounding no’s and attitude for even having asked. I will not stay there again for those reasons. A woman alone has far more safety concerns that literally cost nothing to accomplish. “Could I have the security guard keep an eye on me when I park in the garage at 11;00 at night?” NO. REALLY, Hilton… Do better!
