The staff was very nice. The hotel needs renovations. They never came and cleaned the room or give us new towels. The frig and microwave was convenient and worked good. You get what you pay for. Nice location to downtown Williams.

One-day stay
Although we do not spend too much time in the hotel, we enjoyed our stay. I do wish there was a better variety of food. i.e eggs, sausage, etc. I was super glad they were so close to this little town strip, which we enjoyed twice as well as the nearby attractions like deer farm and Bearizona. The closest city is Flagstaff so you do have to drive around 30 minutes but the view to the city is worth it.

Books 4 rooms one night for Grand Canyon trip. Comfortable enough but old, need some reno and clean up around property. We are senior group so I asked for ground floor rooms coz no elevator. Free continental breakfast is limited. Wish there are yogurt and boiled eggs.

The lady at check in was great! Friendly, made great recommendations.Our room was not the cleanest. The fridge was dirty. The handle has stuff in it. The beds were soo hard it made it hard to sleep. There waa good convince while traveling as it was close to the hwy, but I'm not sure we will be back.

Good little hotel
Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Good tv options especially for kids. No elevator which was fine because there were only 2 floors but for some that may be an issue. The mini fridge in the room wasn’t working and the breakfast wasn’t that great. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool because it was closing not long after we arrived which I felt was a little early. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a clean and comfortable hotel for a decent price but would recommend grabbing breakfast elsewhere.

Peaceful, they take care of issues as soon as they are informed. Very clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable, open until 10pm. The breakfast was great and had things my kiddos ate! 10/10.

Situated downtown, its a beautiful location, clean enough, and best value there is.. beware however, be one minute late for breakfast, and you will find the door locked. Ive stayed here many times, and she counts down to the second, the end of breakfast...

Fridge broken
Not the greatest, the refrigerator was not working and when I called the front desk, I was told it would be mentioned to the manager and that they could help by tagging our items that needed to be refrigerated with our name and they could hold our stuff in their refrigerator, the purpose of having a refrigerator in the room is so that you have access to whatever I brought to have in the refrigerator in the first place. Not the greatest customer service.
