We were very impressed with this hotel! We are frequent travelers and never stayed at a hotel that was so clean. Everywhere from the lobby, guest rooms were immaculate! The breakfast was very good. Spend time in the pool and hot tub, which also was spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Super clean, nicely renovated hotel conveniently located in the Berkshires. We loved the pool and hot tub. Room was nice and modern, as was the lobby/breakfast area. Reasonably priced. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great breakfasts (though butter for the pancakes would have been appreciated), helpful staff, great rooms.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice, well-maintained property, everything was very clean. The breakfast nook was not overly crazy crowded, which is really good traveling with young children. The staff even apologized for not having the waffle maker as a new one was being delivered. The hot tub was also a plus!

Very clean room the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was pretty decent. The only issue we had was parking that didn’t seem to be enough spots for the hotel when we came back from a concert at Tanglewood. Every spot at the hotel was taken. Luckily somebody left otherwise the place was great.

8/10 Very good

The only thing I have to complain about is the shower floor. It is very slippery when taking a shower. They need some type of anti slip strips down. Other than that everything was great. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
